Designing the Medallion™ Experience — a wearable-powered, personalized cruise.

The Medallion™ Experience reinvents the cruise industry through an experience-driven, technology-enabled platform that personalizes every guest’s trip. Built around a wearable device, the Ocean Medallion, the platform lets Carnival’s Medallion Class ships recognize each guest individually and tailor service, wayfinding, dining, and onboard experiences to them at scale — turning a one-size-fits-all cruise into something that feels built around each passenger.
